Do you have a Catalog?
Our designs are all custom, starting from the blank page and because of this, it would be impossible for us to keep a catalog current. However, we do have a portfolio of our past designs on our website. If you would like to order a sample, please click on the ‘request a sample’ icon on our Home page.
Do you offer custom samples?
At this time we do not offer customized samples. We will send the style that you are interested in, however we can not promise that it will be in your color selections. If you have a particular color(s) in mind, we will send color swatches with your sample.
How do I place an order?
At our Home Page, click the link “place and order” in the upper right corner. Print the appropriate order form, fill it out completely and mail to us with your deposit of $25.00 to Bridal & Baby Expressions 830 Eliza Court Brunswick, Ohio 44212. Checks should be made out to: Bridal and Baby Expressions.
Do you accept Credit Card Payments?
Yes, we can accept credit card payment through paypal.com but do charge a 3% fee to cover the transaction costs.
When should I order wedding invitations, programs and favors?
Invitations should be mailed 6-8 weeks prior to your date, so order them 4-6 months in advance. Information that is needed for your programs usually is not available until the final weeks, so please order at least two weeks prior to event date for programs that require no assembly, and 3 weeks in advance for programs and/or favors that will require some assembly.
How long does production of my order take?
Production of your order takes two weeks. We suggest starting your order process as soon as possible or at least two months prior to the date you’d like to mail your invitations. If you can start earlier, that is even better!
Is assembly included with my items?
Due to the complete customization of each item, we recommend that you inquire about assembly for each item you order. Most invitation ensembles are either mounted to the matting and/or the pouchette for you. Ribbons generally are not cut, tied or mounted to invitations. If your invitation ensemble includes a monogram tag and/or ribbon detail, these are generally not pre-assembled for you. Wedding Programs are not assembled. Directions for assembly are sent with your order and and any recommended supplies are also noted on the directions. Your products will not require any specialty supplies, most items require only scissors for cutting ribbon and double-stick tape for any layering or mounting. Double stick tapes are found at any craft supply store. If you need any further instruction or advice regarding assembly of your items, please inquire
If I have a drawing/graphic that I want on my program or invitation, how do I submit that to you?
We can accept the image via email as a .jpeg attachment, or in the case of a photograph, you may mail that to us and we can scan it for you. Please make sure that you get your photographers permission to use a copyrighted photo.
Is there an extra charge for providing my own image or photo?
Scanning or adding images for you is done at no additional cost.
If I have a limited budget, what can I do to get the most for my money?
There are many options to save you money if you are willing to do some work. For example, assembly can be done your-self, embellishments (ribbon, extra paper, cutting fancy edges, stamping) can all be added and/or provided by you after the items are printed. Printing in black ink instead of opting for color will save you a lot of money as well. Choose standard size and non-layered items that will be mailed will decrease postage costs as the post-office charges more for odd sizes and overweight items. If you have concerns about your budget, please give us a call and we can discuss even more options.
I have a theme wedding and want my items to match my theme and colors. Can you do that?
Absolutely! We have hundreds of theme graphics that can be added to any items (programs, save-the-date, menus & favors). We also can match your papers, ribbon and use a custom monogram throughout your items to make them all coordinate perfectly.
I have purchased wedding invitations already, but would like my programs and favors to match the invitations. Can you do that?
If you can provide an example, we will do our best to match the items. Before you decide to book with us, we can provide examples that we think will match the best and you can decide before you place your order.
I want my programs to be very unique… what can I do to make them one of a kind?
Please check out our Pouchette designs. These are the newest trend in wedding stationery. Then, consider using color instead of the traditional whites and pastels. Personalize your programs with non-traditional graphics or add a photo and a decorative edge. The trend now is simple elegance, so maybe opt for an interesting typestyle and no graphics… give us a call for more ideas!
I have already placed my order with you but I need to add to my order, is there a fee?
No, we never charge a fee for additional orders or re-orders even after they have been printed. Just contact us and we will add to your existing or past order at normal pricing.
I need to cancel my order, is there a fee?
Once you have approved your templates, you are responsible for any costs incurred up to that point. If we have not begun printing and you wish to cancel, you will only be charged the design fee of $25.00, which was the deposit/set-up amount.
What are my options for shipping or picking up my finished items?
You are always welcome to pick-up your items for no fee. If you opt to pay for shipping, you can select UPS Ground Insured Mail or USPS Priority Insured Mail. Each service offers tracking and insurance.
I am having trouble deciding on a verse, poem or wording for my items. Can you help?
Yes, we have examples of poetry, quotes and wording appropriate for invitations, programs, etc. If you have looked at our wording examples and still need additional ideas, please visit www.versethis.com for other ideas.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes, there is a minimum order total of $25.00. Since each item is custom designed, we dedicate a substantial amount of time to create each piece.
Can I order invitations, programs, thank you notes and favors that all match?
Yes, we can design all of your items to coordinate or match perfectly. The options are up to you!
I have a special family situation and am concerned about choosing the right wording on my items, can you help?
Yes, we have a wording etiquette guide and lists of popular wordings that you can choose from or get inspiration from when writing your own. Please check our wording and etiquette pages or give us a call for more information.
I received my order and there's a printing mistake! Can you please re-print these?
All your text information for your order is copied and pasted to prevent mistakes. If in our records, it shows that this invitation text was verified by you during the proofing process, then no refunds will be issued and you will be charged a re-printing fee, along with shipping costs to ship back the invitations. This is why it is very important to review your proof very, very carefully for any errors. It is also advised to review our proofreading guidelines on the ORDER INFORMATION page. If an error occurred at the fault of B&BE, we will gladly correct the mistake at no cost to you.
My items arrived and there is damage. What do I do?
When items arrive and there is damage to the package, please notify your delivery carrier immediately. Please also advise your Bridal & Baby Expressions representative within 15 days of delivery of any damage to your package and/or damage to your ordered pieces. It is best, of course, to inspect your items as soon as they arrive, so that if there is damage to your items, they can be replaced as soon as possible. Your damaged pieces will need to be returned to us at this address: Bridal & Baby Expressions 830 Eliza Court, Brunswick, Ohio 44212. As soon as your damaged pieces are received, they will be re-produced within 5 business days and shipped via Priority Mail 3 day service at no cost to you
