Your deposit DOES NOT apply towards your final balance, this is our one-time template design fee for every order, regardless of how many items you purchase.

WE DO RECOMMEND SENDING IN YOUR ORDER AT LEAST 3 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE DATE THAT YOU WANT TO MAIL OUT YOUR INVITATIONS. FROM MARCH THRU AUGUST WE GET BOOKED UP QUICKLY, SO GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME TO ORDER AND GET ON OUR PRODUCTION SCHEDULE - WE ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. YOU CAN ALWAYS CHANGE YOUR WORDING AND QUANTITIES PRIOR TO PROOF APPROVAL, JUST MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR ORDER IN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID YOUR ORDER BEING DECLINED IF WE ARE OVERBOOKED.

Once your order form and deposit are received, we will create your templates within 24 hours and send via email PDF attachment to you for review. You can request as many changes as necessary in order to achieve the look you desire.

Once you have approved the templates, a formal PROOF copy will be sent via email PDF attachment along with a copy of our proof policy and proofreading tips. Once we receive your proof approval, a production date will be set and your final payment will be due in order to hold that date.

We recommend starting your order as early as possible so that you have proper time to consider all of your options in designing your stationery. Production takes 2 weeks for most orders, and standard shipping takes 7-10 days, although we do offer faster shipping methods if needed. If you need your order sooner than this 2 week production time, please notify us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you. We do not always accept ‘Rush” orders, so please inquire before placing your order. We take pride in our work and our excellent service to our customers, if we can accommodate your order without sacrificing the quality of your order or that of our other customers, then we will be happy to accept your order.
