Any errors must be reported to a representative at Bridal & Baby Expressions within 15 days of receipt on all pick-ups or date of delivery confirmation receipt on all shipped orders. If an error occurred on part of B&BE, we will replace the product free of charge. If you made an error, we offer a 15% Courtesy Discount for re-ordered products.
